Safety instructions

Read all instructions carefully before using the dehumidifier. This dehumidifier is intended for use in a domestic environment only. Any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer and may result in fire, electric shock or other injury to persons or property.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed:

  • Do not operate the dehumidifier with a damaged cord or plug, after it malfunctions, or if it has been dropped or damaged in any way. Return it to an authorized service center for examination and repair.
  • The dehumidifier should always be kept in an upright position to avoid damage. Place it on a flat and stable surface.
  • Check the household voltage to ensure it matches the dehumidifier's specified rating before use.
  • Use the dehumidifier in an ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C.
  • Make sure that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked or covered.
  • Do not place the dehumidifier too close to curtains or other objects – minimum distance 40 cm.
  • When using the dehumidifier to dry wet clothes in the room, keep the clothes at a safe distance from the dehumidifier to prevent water from dripping onto it.
  • Never place anything on top of the dehumidifier or cover it with any kind of material while it is in use.
  • This dehumidifier is intended for use in private homes and light office environments only, and not for commercial, industrial or outdoor use. Never use it in very humid rooms (such as bathrooms).
  • To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the dehumidifier, plug or cord in water, or spray it with liquids.
  • Never unplug the power cord without first pressing the "ON/OFF" button, as this may damage the dehumidifier.
  • Always unplug the dehumidifier when it is not in use or when moving it. To disconnect the power supply, grasp the plug and pull it out of the socket. Never pull on the cord.
  • Always empty the water tank before storing the dehumidifier.
  • Using the dehumidifier in front of a hot radiator may cause it to not collect water due to the heat from the radiator.
  • Do not place the power cord under rugs, rugs, or runners. Route the cord so that it is not in the way and may cause a tripping hazard.
  • Never use or store the dehumidifier in direct sunlight.
  • Take the dehumidifier to a qualified service technician if it needs repair. Repairs performed by unqualified persons may cause damage to the dehumidifier or personal injury and will void the warranty.
  • Avoid using extension cords if possible, as they can overheat and pose a fire hazard. Only use an extension cord if you are sure it is in perfect condition.
  • Do not use the dehumidifier without an air filter and ensure that the filter is kept clean to avoid malfunction and voiding the warranty.
  • This dehumidifier can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the dehumidifier in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

ON/OFF BUTTON

Press the button to turn the dehumidifier on or off.
The dehumidifier will turn on with previous settings from the last run, including humidity and fan settings, not timer.
When power is restored after a power outage, the dehumidifier will continue to run at the previous settings (including timer) before the power outage.

HUMIDITY SETTING

Press the humidity setting button to set the humidity you want in the room.
When the humidity in the room is lower than the set value, the humidity LED will flash and the dehumidifier will go into energy-saving standby mode (heating element turns off and air damper closes). The fan will stop after 2 minutes. After a 30 min break, the fan will start and run for 5 min. to check the humidity in the room. If the humidity is 5% higher than the set value, the dehumidifier will start again and dehumidify, if the humidity is not higher, the fan will stop and start again after 30 min. During the breaks, the control buttons can be used.

FAN SPEED

Press the button to select the fan power. The selected setting also affects the power of the heating element.

We always recommend that you use the fan speed "AUTO". The dehumidifier will then automatically regulate the fan speed and the effect of the heating element based on the humidity in the room.

AUTO: The fan speed and heater increase from low to high when the humidity in the room is 10% higher than the setting, and decrease from high to low when it is only 5% higher.
LOW: The machine runs at low fan speed and low heat.
HIGH: The machine runs at high fan speed and high heat.

HOURS

Press the timer button to set the desired time for the dehumidifier to run. The display will show the remaining time.

TURN

Press the swing button to select how you want the damper to move. "WIDE" = wide air distribution, "FRONT" = air distribution in front of the dehumidifier and "UP" = air distribution up.

Location of the dehumidifier

  1. Air outlet
  2. Air intake

To ensure good air circulation in the room and that the dehumidifier gets enough air, there must be at least 20 cm of space to the sides and back. The front needs at least 50 cm of space , and above the dehumidifier you must have at least 60 cm of space to clothes, curtains or other objects.

Place the dehumidifier in an upright position on a stable, flat surface. Make sure the dehumidifier is sufficiently far away from walls or furniture (see illustration on the right).

Keep clothes and other items at least 20 cm away from the dehumidifier's air outlet to prevent water from dripping into the dehumidifier.

Where should you place your dehumidifier? For best results, place it in a central location, such as a hallway or corridor. Do not place it directly in front of a radiator or in direct sunlight.

Emptying the water tank

Cleaning the air filter

If the filter is covered with dust, the airflow and performance of the dehumidifier will be affected. It is recommended to clean the air filter every 14 days.

• Turn off the dehumidifier and remove the filter from the unit.
• The pre-filter can be washed in water and must be dried carefully.
• Put the filter back in place.

Pull out the air filter
Vacuum, rinse and dry well.

Drainage with hose

A hose with an inner diameter of 12mm can be used.

Use a screwdriver to remove the plastic on the back of the dehumidifier
The hose should be inserted carefully without sharp bends.

The water tank must be in the correct position for the dehumidifier to start.

IMPORTANT: Clean the water tank regularly and make sure the float is floating properly. The water tank full light will illuminate if the tank is not properly seated.

Cleaning

  1. Turn off the device, wait until the fan stops and unplug the power cord.
  2. Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth.
  3. Dry thoroughly with a towel after cleaning.
  4. To avoid damage, do not allow water to enter the air intake of the dehumidifier.

⚠️ Warning!

⚠️ Do not insert small objects into the dehumidifier, as this may damage it and pose a hazard.
⚠️ Keep appropriate distance, as shown above.
⚠️ Do not remove the water tank while the dehumidifier is operating, otherwise leakage may occur.
⚠️ Make sure the water tank is correctly installed. If the tank is full or not positioned correctly, “water tank full” will be displayed and the unit will stop.

Storage

Troubleshooting

If you experience errors or deficiencies that are not mentioned in this user manual, it is important that you contact the point of sale or importer.

ProblemSolution
The fan continues to run for 2 minutes after the dehumidifier is turned off. This is normal for the dehumidifier to cool down.
The dehumidifier stops dehumidifying when it is below 1 degree. This is normal, it will restart automatically when the temperature rises.
The dehumidifier emits an unusual odor. This is normal and harmless. The smell occurs in the desiccant which absorbs odors from the environment in which the dehumidifier is placed, such as odors from perfumes, cosmetics, hairspray, oil and other chemicals.
Wrong lamp is flashing. The light is flashing because the dehumidifier has become too hot. Clean and remove blockages in the air filter. If this does not help, contact your dealer.

⚠️ Warning!

For other problems, contact your dealer or qualified service personnel. DO NOT attempt to repair this dehumidifier yourself as this may result in a risk of electric shock and will void the warranty.
